He called back and got the person behind me, not only was he rude to me but he also was rude to her, partially probably from me hanging up. She told him what to do and he just started yelling and she asked him to hold, needless to say he hung up on her while on hold.
He waited sometime and called back, finally got his issue resolved when he probably figured out he was being a prick and needed to relax.
